is still pending.

At present, we have no explanation(s) for the ~$25.5 Million difference

between Ending Fund Balance on 6/30/2016 of $150.6 Million

and the Beginning Fund Balance on 7/1/2016 of $125.1 Million:

Also, we have no explanation(s) why the latter NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING

cannot be located at the Douglas County Internet website, where numerous

some light on the latter question.
