1. commission signed by the President of the United States of America and countersigned by the Attorney General, appointing Ms. Susan Illston to the office of federal judge, as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 2104 and 2902. (Ms. Illston claims to have been duly commissioned to preside on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, in San Francisco.)
