Kindly reply to report the status of my charge of perjury against named Defendant Lawrence E. Condit, under the original jurisdiction of Superior Court of California docket number #GIC807057.

Please also be advised that Mr. Dale A. Drozd and his accomplices have, to date, failed entirely to surrender either themselves or the documentary evidence which they obtained under false and fraudulent pretenses in this matter.

Further evidence of perjury by Mr. Condit is to be found in that documentary evidence, which now appears to be in the possession or control of Mr. Drozd et al.
