SUBJECT:  CITIZEN’S ARREST WARRANT for arrest of Dale A. Drozd

Dear Sgt. Martinez:

Enclosed is verified documentation which substantiates probable causes for the enclosed CITIZEN’S ARREST WARRANT.

The misdemeanor charge of practicing law from the bench, and complaint of judicial misconduct under 28 U.S.C. 372(c), were filed before I had reason to suspect that Dale A. Drozd lacked the requisite credentials.

That misdemeanor charge has now been superseded by the felony charges, one of which is impersonation of an Article III federal judge, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 912.  See COMPLAINT for other criminal charges.

Please note also that the Governor of California is now delinquent in response to my demand for exhibiting of all missing credentials (see attached).  Dale A. Drozd is not the only federal employee who lacks the requisite credentials;  several others have damaged me too.

In closing, I am scheduled to meet with Deputy District Attorney Jack Stumsky in the D.A.’s office next Wednesday, June 23, 2004 A.D., at 1:30 p.m., to discuss more evidence of related criminal misconduct.  You are very welcome to join us, if your schedule will permit it.

Thank you again for all your help.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
