in the attached documentation
Dear Disclosure Officer:
Notice and Demand are hereby made upon you to disclose
certified copies of the official credentials of the federal
employees listed in the attached documentation. Said credentials
are to include their Appointment Affidavits, judicial commissions
(if any), licenses to practice law (if any), fidelity (or surety)
bonds (if any), and delegation(s) of authority from all superiors
in the chain of authority originating in the Constitution for the
United States of America, as lawfully amended. Please indicate,
by employee, which of the above mentioned credentials do not
exist.

With the sole exception of Mr. Sherwood M. Tabarejo, who is
employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, all other
federal employees are currently employed either by the United
States District Court or the Office of the United States Attorney
in downtown Los Angeles, California state.
NOTICE OF DEADLINE
Your specific performance, as described above, is hereby
demanded no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 1997.
The requisite credentials must be received by Me via first class
United States Mail (or better class) at the following mailing
location, to wit:

Citizen of Arizona state and federal witness
c/o 2509 North Campbell Avenue, Suite 1776
Tucson, Arizona state
Time is of the essence. If you do not perform as described
above on or before the stated deadline, I will invoke the
doctrine of estoppel by acquiescence and thereby be entitled to
proceed on the basis of the conclusive presumption that the
requisite credentials for the federal employees mentioned above
do not exist, and that they are attempting to exercise
authorities of offices which they do not lawfully occupy.
