SUBJECT:  Unpaid Invoice


Some  time  back,  you  wrote  to  me  explaining  that  you  had
authorized Holly  Johnson to  pay me $661 against the outstanding
invoice for  the legal  work  I  performed  for  you  and  others
associated with Elizabeth Broderick.

To date,  Holly has not paid me any of this money, and now she is
refusing my mail.

Elizabeth Broderick  fell totally  silent in the face on my first
and all subsequent invoices to her.

Cyndi Valdez  is now  sending lies  to me  through U.S.  Mail, in
which she now says I never had any contract with you people, even
though she  was there  at lunch  to witness  the  contract  being
consummated, in front of you, Elizabeth, Bruce, and myself.

Jim Hoey  refuses to  acknowledge that  I did any work for him or
his wife,  even though  I prepared several briefs which he filed,
and even  though I spent many many hours of legal counseling with
them.

Is your  son-in-law a  responsible human being, or not?  I really
need to know, because I am out $10,000 at the present time, and I
am holding  both of  you responsible,  in large  part,  for  this
unpaid debt.

Can you  blame me?   If so, I want to hear it, and I want to hear
it now.

What gives here, anyway?

Adolf, the  Holy Bible says that a man is worthy of his hire.  Do
you believe  this or  not?   I really  do wonder,  after  driving
around with you in your brand new $40,000 car at breakneck speed.

There are  all these  wild stories  floating around about you.  I
rather prefer to discount them.

I want to hear from the Man himself.

Would you  do me  the  courtesy  of  putting  an  explanation  in
writing, please?
