filed in  the civil  case of  Mitchell v.  Nordbrock, Case Number
#CV-97-3438, Pima  County  Consolidated  Justice  Court,  Tucson,
Arizona state.

Dr. and  Mrs. Eugene A. Burns are listed as additional defendants
sought to be named and joined to that case.
