NOTICE IS GIVEN that the above Movant has filed a motion
requesting intervention of Right and relief from the automatic
stay, the details of which are summarized as follows:
Movant alleges that Debtors, and Debtors' accessories and
co-conspirators, are responsible, in whole or in part, for
creating a fictitious trustee and using said trustee
deliberately to commit fraud upon this honorable Court, upon
the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit,
upon the United States District Court for the District of
Arizona, and upon Movant. Debtor has also damaged Movant by
refusing to compensate Movant for overdue back pay, and for
other damages which remain unspecified. Said damages are
alleged to have occurred after Debtor filed the original
bankruptcy petition in the instant case.
