Having intervened on behalf of the United States ex rel., I am the Relator and qualified Private Attorney General authorized to intervene on behalf of same by the federal statutes at 18 U.S.C. 1964 and 28 U.S.C. 2403(a), and by the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in Agency Holding Corp. v. Malley-Duff & Associates, 107 S.Ct. 2759, 483 U.S. 143, 151 (1987).
I am also required by the federal criminal statute at 18 U.S.C. 4 to report felony federal offenses to a judge of the United States.
