SUBJECT:  WARRANT for the Arrest of Ms. Teresa Giordano,

          Properly Supported by Oath or Affirmation;

          DCUS Los Angeles #SA CV 02-03826 LT(ANX)

Gentlemen:

I have just received verbal confirmation from the U.S. Marshals in downtown Los Angeles, that my client Teresa Giordano is presently in their custody, after reportedly being “arrested” this morning by IRS employee Erik Newberry and his accomplices.

Pursuant to the Fourth Amendment, I hereby require you to transmit to me, via facsimile, a true and correct copy of the lawful WARRANT for the arrest of Teresa Giordano, and also the AFFIDAVIT OF PROBABLE CAUSE supported by oath or affirmation and particularly describing the Person to be seized.

If I do not receive this fax transmission by 12:00 noon tomorrow, April 16, 2002 A.D., I will proceed on the basis of our presumptions that no valid arrest WARRANT exists, that She is falsely imprisoned at this moment, and that no valid AFFIDAVIT OF PROBABLE CAUSE exists either, supported by oath or affirmation and particularly describing the Person to be seized.

Thank you, gentlemen, for your immediate cooperation.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
