This is our PARTIAL INVOICE FOR DAMAGES AND DEMAND FOR RESTITUTION submitted to you in connection with Complaint #359316 as assigned by the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Washington State Attorney General in Seattle, Washington, USA.

We hereby hold your corporation, and other as yet unnamed individuals, liable for defrauding the undersigned and for obtaining money and property, including but not limited to intellectual property, by means of false pretenses and also by means of false promises with fraudulent intent not to perform those promises. See “Description” below for more details.

Said promises were notoriously published in the $10 Million Offer and Request for Submissions known as “Project 10 to the 100” [sic] and distributed via the Internet and transmitted over electronic wires on or about September 2008 A.D. In pari materia cf. California Penal Code section 182 and 18 U.S.C. sections 1343 (wire fraud) and 1961 (RICO predicate acts listed).

I also reserve the right to amend this INVOICE if and when my office confirms that by its subsequent actions and decisions Google, Inc. effectively designed “Gigabit Internet Access” (our good faith submission) as the one and only finalist.
