The County of Trinity, California, ex rel. Edward J. Guenette, Private Attorney General, hereby invoices you and Cota Cole, LLP, for all compensation paid to date by the County of Trinity to the either of the latter under false and fraudulent pretenses, as follows:

Interest on Items 7 and 8 above shall begin accruing on January 1, 2013 A.D., at the rate of seven percent (7%) simple interest per annum (no compounding), which is the maximum allowable under California State usury laws.  You are thus allowed twenty-one (21) days of grace before 7% simple interest APR begins accruing.


FORMAL DEMAND FOR RESTITUTION

 

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1964 as upheld by the standing court decisions in Agency Holding Corp. v. Malley-Duff & Associates, 107 S.Ct. 2759, 483 U.S. 143, 151 (1987), Rotella v. Wood et al., 528 U.S. 549 (2000), and Dasher v. Housing Authority of City of Atlanta, Ga., D.C.Ga., 64 F.R.D. 720, 722, the County of Trinity ex rel. Edward J. Guenette hereby demands of you and Cota Cole, LLP, immediate restitution by payment in full of Items 7 and 8 supra in lawful United States Dollars (“USD”).
