A copy of each and every Code Violation Complaint received by the Planning

Department dated 04-01-2011 through and including 06-08-2011. Be certain to

provide copies from whatever medium source the complaint was originally

transmitted to the Planning Department including but not limited to U.S. Mail,

FAX or electronic transmission such as e-mail.
