Interest on Item 1 above shall begin accruing on January 1, 2013 A.D., at the rate of seven percent (7%) simple interest per annum (no compounding), which is the maximum allowable under California State usury laws.  You are thus allowed sixteen (16) days of grace before 7% simple interest APR begins accruing (i.e. 12/16/2012 to 12/31/2012).

 

The related FIRST INVOICE FOR DAMAGES now served via Certified U.S. Mail upon the business office of Derek Paul Cole dba State Bar Number #204250, dated December 10, 2012, is hereby incorporated by reference, as if set forth fully here.


REQUEST FOR CORRECT INSURANCE CLAIM FORMS AND CLAIM PROCEDURES

 

This FIRST INVOICE FOR SERVICES RENDERED also serves the Office of Risk and Loss Prevention supra with a lawful request under the California Public Records Act for all proper forms and administrative procedures which the Undersigned is required to satisfy and to submit, in order to authorize payment of the Management Fee as claimed supra.
