Cota Cole, LLP, by sections 6067 and 6068 of the California Business and

grace before 7% simple interest APR begins accruing (i.e. 12/16/2012 to 12/31/2012).
The
related FIRST INVOICE FOR DAMAGES now served via Certified U.S. Mail upon the
business office of Derek Paul Cole dba State Bar Number #204250, dated
December 10, 2012, is hereby incorporated by reference, as if set forth fully
here.
