Dear Mr. Saccato,

This letter acknowledges receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Oregon State office, dated February 6, 2016 and received February 10, 2016, wherein you request a copies of a "Office of Personnel Management ("OPM") Standard Form 61 ("SF-61") APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVIT executed by Beverly Stubbs, as presently employed as personnel Asst. As indicated on Mr. Brent Lee Grasty's SF-61 Appointment Affidavit."

In addition you also request a "...copy of the delegation of authority to Ms. Stubbs to qualify her to administer the oath..."
