The State of Idaho appearing ex relatione (“ex rel.”) Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S., Private Attorney General, hereby provides NOTICE to all whom it may concern of its specific intent to lodge a proper VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, ON INFORMATION, formally charging the above named Defendants with conspiring to engage in a pattern of racketeering activities resulting from multiple RICO “predicate acts” including but not limited to mail fraud, wire fraud, obstruction of justice, witness intimidation and retaliation, extortion and attempted extortion. See in particular the list of all such predicate acts as itemized by Congress at 18 U.S.C. 1961, and 18 U.S.C. 912, in chief.
