FROM: Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
Private Attorney General (18 U.S.C.

DATE: March 24, 2013 A.D.
SUBJECT: simple FOIA Request aka “due diligence”
Greetings Honorable
Chairperson:
In
the interests of brevity, our FOIA Request for all four (4) credentials
required of twenty-four (24) personnel seated on the U.S. Court of Appeals for
the Second Circuit, as of September 5, 2007, is readily available here on the
Internet:
http://supremelaw.org/rsrc/oaths/foia.request.2ndcir.htm
Until
such time as I receive PROOF from Mr. Noam Chomsky that he has, in fact,
submitted same, properly updated with the names of all personnel currently
seated on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, I am politely
requesting that he cease and desist from sending me any more email on any
subject.
I
already know for a fact that MIT has a sufficient supply of powerful computers
and word processors, not to mention capable secretarial staff, to edit said
FOIA Request as explained in the latter paragraph.
I
will conclude from his silence, if that
is his choice, that he really does not care one stinking rat butt about
the Law in America, particularly Article VI, Section 3 and all laws enacted
by Congress for the purpose of guaranteeing and enforcing that Fundamental
Right.
Thank you for your
professional consideration.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew
Mitchell
