Greetings
Michael McIntyre:
Mr. Sarrazin was just here, at my Ward 10-G cell, wanting
to meet with me and Ms. Pietz -- again.
I
declined, and repeated that I will not meet with him,
or Pietz,
without the presence of competent counsel.
He
mentioned something about a Court hearing re:
forced/involuntary medication.
I am
refusing forced or involuntary medication,
for reasons I have already
documented more than once.
See Washington
v. Harper.
If
Mr. Sarrazin insists on communicating something to
me,
he should put it in writing.
For
your information, the U.S. District Court has assigned
Civil
Number #14-3506-CV-S-MDH-P to my FOIA
enforcement action.
As
such, the USDC in Springfield has jurisdiction in personam,
and the USDC in Wyoming does
NOT.
