Greetings Your Honor:
Please accept this pleading for purposes of requiring mandatory judicial notice, pursuant to Rule 201(c)(2) of the Federal Rules of Evidence, of all the following:
(1) all “Attachments: #1 envelope”, as the latter term occurs at Docket Entry #25, Date Filed: 03/12/2014;
(2) among the latter “Attachments”, the VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, ON INFORMATION as lodged in the District Court of Wyoming at Cheyenne, formally charging Messrs. James Marcy, Dave Guest et al. with multiple Federal felonies;
(3) standing decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court in Johnson v. Zerbst (re: ineffective assistance of counsel ousts the Court of jurisdiction), and Miranda v. Arizona (re: rights secured by the U.S. Constitution: Art. VI, Sec. 3);
(4) 5 CFR 1320.5 (Regulations implementing the Paperwork Reduction Act), and 44 U.S.C. 3512;
