Subject: multiple errors in letter dated January 26, 2017


Greetings Mr. Dennis M. Wong:

First things first: I object to your use of an ALL CAPS "nom de guerre" --

explained in good faith here:

 

Your letter also contains a very serious error where it states falsely that

my Federal Tort Claim "... was received on December 29, 2016,

in excess of the two-year filing limitation stipulated by law."

Our electronic archive of that Federal Tort Claim, DOJ Standard Form 95,

Please note well on Page 1 that our SF-95 to BOP was dated 07/01/2016:
