Greetings Mr. Dennis M. Wong:
First things
first: I object to your use of an ALL CAPS "nom de guerre"

Your letter also
contains a very serious error where it states falsely that

via Priority U.S. Mail on July 5, 2016,
delivery of which was confirmed by the USPS on July 11, 2016:
And, supplemental
documentation was also mailed via Priority U.S. Mail on July 8, 2016,
And, also attached
are .pdf (Adobe Reader) copies of
the following:
REQUEST FOR ASSIGNMENT OF CASE NUMBER (dated December 7, 2016)
REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION (dated December 23, 2016)
Also, kindly show
professional courtesy and respect
for the fact that I changed my name in 1995 A.D.
Thank you for your timely assistance, and respect, in this
matter.
p.s. In case you
are not already aware, a proper FOIA Request
is now PAST DUE and also IN DEFAULT for a true and correct
copy of your valid
