Description:
USMS never acknowledged this FOIA Request for Gerald M. Auerbach's
APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS, and never disclosed any copy(s) of same.
Congressman Peter DeFazio agreed to help, but then he decided to defame
me to one of my Trustees. If Mr. Auerbach never executed any APPOINTMENT
AFFIDAVITS, he cannot be paid: 5 U.S.C. 5507. We ask that DOJ
investigate further, because it also appears that Mr. Auerbach is
obstructing a proper Federal Tort Claim and committing multiple acts of
mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1341. Thank you.
