IRS never acknowledged this FOIA request for APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS of
Mark S. Kaizen, and never disclosed any copies of same. If Mr. Kaisen
never executed any APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS, he cannot be paid: 5 U.S.C.
5507. We ask that DOJ investigate further, because it also appears that
Mr. Kaizen is also obstructing a proper Federal Tort Claim.
