Hello,

 

I regret to inform all personnel in your Section that we do not accept anonymous correspondence transmitted via U.S. Mail.

 

Also, kindly confirm on the enclosed copies the passage of time between March 20, 2016 and August 26, 2016 (5 months).

 

If your Section personnel had bothered to ask the correct question, you might have discovered that I am not an employee of the Federal government:  as such, your correspondence is totally irrelevant.

 

Kindly forward the correspondence you received from me to the proper DOJ personnel authorized to investigate and enforce violations of the Rights guaranteed by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, in particular the following excerpt from Article 2, Section 3:

 

3.   Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes:

 

(a)  To ensure that any person whose rights or freedoms as herein

     recognized are  violated shall  have  an  effective  remedy,

     notwithstanding that  the violation  has been  committed  by

     persons acting in an official capacity;

 

(b)  To ensure  that any person claiming such a remedy shall have

     his  right   thereto  determined   by  competent   judicial,

     administrative or  legislative authorities,  or by any other

     competent authority  provided for by the legal system of the

     State, and to develop the possibilities of judicial remedy;

 

(c)  To ensure  that the competent authorities shall enforce such

     remedies when granted.  [emphases added]
