Greetings Ombudsman:

 

Please accept this ACTUAL NOTICE of the following defects in the chain-of-command within the U.S. Department of Justice, to wit:

 

(1)     APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS for Ms. Loretta E. Lynch, presently claiming the office of Attorney General, are fatally defective for lacking a valid OMB control number, expiration date, citation to 5 U.S.C. 2903, and OMB review and approval of the electronic Standard Form 61 (“SF-61”) published at OPM’s Internet website:

(2)     APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS for Ms. Sally Quillian Yates, presently claiming the office of Deputy Attorney General, are fatally defective for lacking a valid OMB control number, expiration date, citation to 5 U.S.C. 2903, and OMB review and approval of the electronic SF-61 published at OPM’s Internet website:

(3)     The office of Director of the U.S. Marshals Service (“USMS”) is listed as “Vacant” at the USMS Internet website:

(4)     APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS are missing for Mr. David L. Harlow, presently claiming the office of Deputy Director of the USMS in Washington, D.C.:

(5)     APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS for Mr. Gerald M. Auerbach, presently claiming the office of General Counsel for the USMS in Washington, D.C., are also defective: the name of the administering person is not legible, preventing proper identification and review of compliance with 5 U.S.C. 2903:

Bordley, presently claiming the office of Associate General Counsel for the USMS in Washington, D.C., are fatally defective for lacking a valid OMB control number, expiration date, and OMB review and approval of the electronic SF-61 published at OPM’s Internet website;  and, the name of the administering person is not legible, preventing proper identification and review of compliance with 5 U.S.C. 2903:
