Derivative Tort Claims (7/11/2016):

 

(2)  Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys:            $24,750,000 USD

(3)  Administrative Office of the U.S Courts:        $78,375,000 USD

(4)  Internal Revenue Service:                       $16,500,000 USD

(5)  U.S. Bureau of Prisons:                         $70,125,000 USD

 

Tort Claim 4 of 5 has now been referred to the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury.  Tort Claims 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5, and 5 of 5 have now been referred to the U.S. Attorney General.
