IRS never acknowledged this FOIA request for APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS of
Christopher B. Sterner, and never disclosed any copies of same. If Mr.
Sterner never executed any APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS, he cannot be paid: 5
U.S.C. 5507. We ask that DOJ investigate further, because it also
appears that Mr. Sterner is also obstructing a proper Federal Tort
Claim.
