Subject: Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) Request:

Administrative Tort Claim No. 50397;

IRS Claim No.16-021, GLS-101235-16

Greetings Mr. Auerbach:

I have been referred back to your office by an email message from USMS Internal Affairs dated May 26, 2016 (see copy enclosed).

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I request that a copy of the following documents be provided to me, without delay:

1. all inmate records for the Undersigned with particular relevance to the fifty-five (55) moves inflicted upon him by personnel of the U.S. Marshals Service, and also with particular relevance to written allegations in those inmate records that the Undersigned is or was at any time a “SOVEREIGN CITIZEN LAWYER” [sic] and/or “EXTREMIST MONTANA FREEMAN ASSOCIATE” [sic].

Incorporated with this FOIA Request are correspondence concerning USMS Administrative Tort Claim No. 50397, IRS Claim Number 16-021, and the updated web page listing documentation included with the latter Claims:

To conserve paper and minimize postage, bulk and handling, we ask that you refer to the Internet copies of all such correspondence, to facilitate rapid access to same.

I request a waiver of all fees for this request.

Disclosure of the requested information to Me is in the public interest, because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of the federal government, and is not primarily in My commercial interest.

See also 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(4)(B). Such statutes conferring original jurisdiction on federal district courts must be strictly construed.
