Dear Madam:

This is to confirm our telephone conversation today, repeating my formal demand for disclosure of the Washington State office that is designated by law as the legal custodian of the oath for the office of Administrative Law Judge in the Office of Administrative Hearings for the Employment Security Department.

The response from your office was that the Chief Administrative Law Judge filed his last Oath in 2000. We were also informed the Chief Judge needs to file his Oath and not the deputies.
