COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona
state, expressly not a citizen of the United States ("federal
citizen"), and federal witness (hereinafter "Movant"), to provide
formal Notice to all interested party(s), and to demand mandatory
judicial notice by this honorable Court, pursuant to Rule 201(d)
of the Federal Rules of Evidence and to the Full Faith and Credit
Clause in the Constitution for the United States of America, as
lawfully amended, of the following document, to wit:

1. Photocopy of electronic mail broadcasted to various
lists of Internet users on June 26, 1997, concerning
the 911 telephone call made by Movant, to complain
about loitering by Dr. Eugene A. Burns which Movant
witnessed near Movant's current dwelling, and to
request police assistance.
A true and correct copy of said electronic mail is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if set forth fully
herein.
VERIFICATION
I, Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, hereby verify, under penalty
of perjury, under the laws of the United States of America,
