SUBJECT:  Bank Fraud, Mail Fraud, Fraud upon the
          Pima County Consolidated Justice Court ("PCCJC"),
          and Retaliating against a Federal Witness,
          all by Sir Lawrence E. Condit, Esquire


I, Paul  Andrew Mitchell,  Sui Juris,  Citizen of  Arizona state,
Federal Witness,  Counselor at Law, Private Attorney General, and
Candidate for  the United  States House of Representatives, on My
honor and  under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the United
States  of   America,  without   the  "United   States"  (federal
government), hereby warrant that probable cause exists to justify
the arrest  and arraignment  of Sir  Lawrence E.  Condit, Esquire
("Sir Condit"),  on formal  charges  in  the  Superior  Court  of
Arizona  state,   for  the  above  mentioned  violations  of  the
pertinent state  and federal  criminal codes,  in connection with
Sir Condit's  criminal malpractices and premeditated professional
misconduct in  the case  of Mitchell  v.  Nordbrock,  PCCJC  case
number #CV-97-3438, and most probably in other cases.

Probable cause for same has already been properly, and thoroughly
documented in  prior written communications already mailed to Sir
Condit, via  first class  United States Mail;  filed in the above
entitled case;   and  verified pursuant  to 28  U.S.C. 1746,  the
federal statute  which governs  verifications  of  signatures  on
federal income  tax returns  (i.e.  Form  1040),  albeit  without
(outside) the "United States" (federal government).

Pursuant to  the holding of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of
Miranda v.  Arizona, Sir  Condit has previously been informed, in
writing transmitted via facsimile to his office fax machine, that
he has  the Right  to remain silent;  that he has the Right to an
attorney;   and anything which he may say, or do, from this point
forward, can  and will  be held  against him  in a  court of  Law
(please see attached).

I hereby verify also, under penalty of perjury, under the laws of
the  United  States  of  America,  without  the  "United  States"
(federal government),  that I  am the  victim  of,  and  also  an
eyewitness to, the criminal violations enumerated above.

Please make  all necessary  arrangements to execute the arrest of
Sir Lawrence  E. Condit, and/or to schedule on-site assistance to
the victim  for purposes  of executing a proper Citizen's Arrest,
at a time and place convenient to the victim and to your office.

Thank you  in advance  for your  immediate  cooperation  in  this
matter.
