I hereby  file My  formal, verified Complaint against attorney at
law Lawrence  E. Condit  for aiding and abetting the embezzlement
of $3,000.00,  in a  criminal conspiracy  involving Mr.  and Mrs.
Neil T.  Nordbrock, accountants  to whom I entrusted this sum for
professional management and payment according to My order(s).

To  support   this  Criminal  Complaint,  I  enclosed  additional
documentation to  substantiate My  charges.  I am informed by the
private mediator  whom I  retained to  assist Me, that Mr. Condit
fell silent  when the  mediator confronted  him on  the telephone
concerning the fate of this $3,000.00.

Please accept this Criminal Complaint as My written authorization
to apprehend  Mr. Condit and press charges against him for aiding
and abetting embezzlement of the sum of $3,000.00 from Me.

Thank you very much for your consideration.

I hereby certify, under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the
Unite States  of America,  without the  "United States"  (federal
government), that  the above  statements of  fact,  and  all  the
attached, are  true and  correct,  to  the  best  of  my  current
