COMES NOW  Paul Andrew  Mitchell, Sui Juris,  Citizen  of Arizona

state and  Plaintiff in  the above  entitled matter  (hereinafter

"Plaintiff"), to provide formal Notice to all interested parties,

and to  demand mandatory judicial notice by this honorable Court,

pursuant to  Rule 201(d)  of the  Arizona Rules  of Evidence,  of

three (3)  documents titled "AMENDED JUDGMENT IN A CRIMINAL CASE"

as filed  in the  cases of U.S.A. v. Neil T. Nordbrock, USDC case

number #CR-88-337-01-TUC-JMF,  Tucson, and  U.S.A. v.  Evelyn  R.

Nordbrock, USDC case number #CR-88-337-02-TUC-JMF, and a Judgment

of the  Ninth Circuit  as filed in appeal cases numbered #91-0014

and #91-0015 respectively.  Copies of said documents are attached

hereto and  incorporated by  reference  as  if  set  forth  fully

herein.   Mandatory judicial notice leaves no room for discretion

on the part of this honorable Court, since the legislative intent

of the  word "shall"  in Rule  201(d) has  a compulsory  meaning.
