Nordbrock, PCCJC case number #CV-97-3438. Probable cause for same has already been properly, and thoroughly documented in prior written communications already mailed to you, via first class United States Mail; filed in the above entitled case; and verified pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746, the federal statute which governs verifications of signatures on federal income tax returns (i.e. Form 1040), albeit without (outside) the "United States" (federal government). Please do not resist arrest, because you can and will be held liable even further for this additional violation. Pursuant to the holding of the United States Supreme Court in the case of Miranda v.
