COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona
state, expressly not a citizen of the United States ("federal
citizen"), federal witness, Counselor at Law, private attorney
general, and Plaintiff in the above entitled matter (hereinafter
"Plaintiff"), to provide formal Notice to all interested parties,
and to demand mandatory judicial notice by this honorable Court,
pursuant to Rule 201(d) of the Arizona Rules of Evidence, of
this, PLAINTIFF'S VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, charging the
following named individual, with the corresponding crime(s)
enumerated infra.

Plaintiff hereby formally charges:
Mr. Lawrence E. Condit with:
Actual fraud upon the Plaintiff and upon the Pima County
Consolidated Justice Court, pursuant to a scheme or artifice
to defraud, knowingly to obtain a monetary benefit by means
of false and fraudulent pretenses, representations,
promises, and/or material omissions, in violation of Arizona
Revised Statute ("ARS") 13-2310. (two counts)
PLAINTIFF'S AFFIDAVIT
I, Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona state,
expressly not a citizen of the United States ("federal citizen"),
federal witness, Counselor at Law, private attorney general, and
Plaintiff in the above entitled matter (hereinafter "Plaintiff")
hereby testify as follows, to wit:
At a hearing had at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, November 7, 1997,
before the Hon. Robert J. Gibson, on the proper MOTION FOR CHANGE
OF JUDGE BY AFFIDAVIT timely filed by Plaintiff, on record Judge
Gibson uttered the appellation "Sir Condit" [sic] when addressing
Mr. Lawrence E. Condit, who was also present at said hearing and
alleging to represent Defendants Neil and Evelyn Nordbrock.
Mr. Lawrence E. Condit claims to have lawful power of
attorney to represent Defendants Neil and Evelyn Nordbrock,
husband and wife, in the instant case.
Mr. Lawrence E. Condit appeared on their behalf and
conducted their defense during the first two (2) days of the jury
trial which was had on Thursday, November 6, 1997, and on Friday,
November 7, 1997, in the instant case.
Said jury trial is presently scheduled to be continued at
8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 1997, at which time Mr.
Lawrence E. Condit has previously agreed, in open court, to
appear again on behalf of Defendants Neil and Evelyn Nordbrock.

Plaintiff has previously and recently submitted verified
proof that the original Thirteenth Amendment (1819) prohibits the
exercise of any and all Titles of Nobility, as exemplified by the
spoken appellation "Sir Condit", and penalizes same with the loss
of citizenship and the disqualification from ever serving in any
public office anywhere in the United States of America.
Said proof is a matter of official record now in custody of
the Colorado Division of State Archives and Public Records,
office of the State Archivist of Colorado, and elsewhere.
Plaintiff hereby formally offers to prove same.
At said hearing, Mr. Lawrence E. Condit uttered nothing
whatsoever to correct or otherwise object to the use of the
appellation "Sir Condit" by Judge Gibson.
Mr. Lawrence E. Condit claims to be a lawfully appointed
officer of this honorable Court, by virtue of his several false
and misrepresentative actions and omissions, which actions and
omissions are already documented, in part, in the official record
of the instant case and, in part, in the audiotape recordation of
the proceedings had to date in the instant case.
Further Plaintiff sayeth naught.

I, Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona state,
federal witness, and Plaintiff in the instant case, hereby
verify, under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the United
States of America, without (outside) the "United States" (federal
government), that the above statement of facts is true and
correct, to the best of My current information, knowledge, and
belief, so help Me God, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746(1).
