COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona
state, expressly not a citizen of the United States ("federal
citizen"), federal witness, Counselor at Law, private attorney
general and Plaintiff in the above entitled matter (hereinafter
"Plaintiff"), to provide formal Notice to all interested parties,
and to demand mandatory judicial notice by this honorable Court,
pursuant to Rule 201(d) of the Arizona Rules of Evidence, of
this, PLAINTIFF'S VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, charging the
following named individuals, both jointly and severally, with the
corresponding crimes enumerated infra.

Plaintiff hereby formally charges:
Mr. Carl R. Davison III with:
tampering with a federal witness, victim, or an informant,
in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1512 (one count);
retaliating against federal witness, victim, or an
informant, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1513 (one count);
deprivation of fundamental Rights guaranteed to Plaintiff by
the federal and state constitutions, in violation of 18
U.S.C. 242 (one count);
conspiracy to deprive fundamental Rights guaranteed to
Plaintiff by the federal and state constitutions, in
violation of 18 U.S.C. 241 (one count);
racketeering across state lines, in violation of the
Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act
("RICO") at 18 U.S.C. 1962 (one count);
false imprisonment, false arrest, extortion, fraud, and
criminal trespass, in violation of the pertinent Arizona
Revised Statutes (one count each).
Mr. James B. Martin with:
tampering with a federal witness, victim, or an informant,
in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1512 (one count);
retaliating against federal witness, victim, or an
informant, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1513 (one count);
deprivation of fundamental Rights guaranteed to Plaintiff by
the federal and state constitutions, in violation of 18
U.S.C. 242 (one count);
conspiracy to deprive fundamental Rights guaranteed to
Plaintiff by the federal and state constitutions, in
violation of 18 U.S.C. 241 (one count);
racketeering across state lines, in violation of the
Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act

violation of 18 U.S.C. 241 (one count);
