Subject: Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) Request
Greetings General Cartwright:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I request that a copy of the following documents be provided to Me, without delay:
1.
documentation defining the meaning of
“Citizen of the United States” in the Qualification Clause for President of the
United States of America at Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, in the
Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully amended;
2.
a list of places where said documentation is
now required reading within the U.S. Department of Defense, e.g. U.S. Air Force Academy at Colorado
Springs, Colorado, U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland, U.S. Army War
College at Carlisle, Pennsylvania; and,
3.
true and correct copy of a blank i.e. not yet executed Office of Personnel Management (“OPM”)
Standard Form 61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS currently in use within the U.S.
Department of Defense to satisfy the requirements imposed by the Acts of
Congress now codified at 5 U.S.C. 3331 and 10 U.S.C. §§ 502 and 626.
I request a waiver of all fees for this request.
Disclosure of the requested information to Me is in the public interest, because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of the federal government, and is not primarily in My commercial interest.
See also 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(4)(B). Statutes conferring original jurisdiction on federal district courts must be strictly construed.
