COMES NOW  Paul Andrew  Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen  of  Arizona

state, expressly  not a  citizen of  the United  States ("federal

citizen"), federal  witness, and  Relator in  the above  entitled

matter (hereinafter  "Relator"), to  provide formal Notice to all

interested party(s),  and respectfully  to request  discretionary

judicial Notice  by this honorable Court, pursuant to Rule 201(c)

of the  Arizona Rules  of Evidence,  of this, Relator's NOTICE OF

INTENT TO PETITION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER from this honorable Court

to restrain suspects from violating Relator's safety and privacy.

     Relator also  respectfully requests  discretionary  judicial

notice of the attached document commemorating Relator's 911 phone

call to the Tucson Police Department, placed on June 26, 1997.

     Said attached  document is hereby incorporated by reference,

as if set forth fully herein.
