"not self-executing" Declaration appended to U.S. ICCPR
ratification
Ladies and Gentlemen of the UN
Human Rights Committee:
The People of the United States
of America ex rel. have recently
transmitted to the International
Criminal Court ("ICC") an electronic copy
of our NOTICE OF INTENT TO
REQUEST LEAVE TO INTERVENE
in the CRIMINAL COMPLAINT lodged
proprio motu at the ICC
by UK attorney Hannah Rose.
We wish thereby to seek formal
enforcement of Articles 6 and 7
in the International Covenant on
Civil and Political Rights
on behalf of the People of the
United States of America:
We also wish to take this
opportunity to confirm our MAJOR FINDING
that the "not self-executing" Declaration -- which
the U.S. Senate
appended to its formal
ratification of the ICCPR -- is and has been
UNconstitutional ab initio for at least two (2) well documented
reasons.
The relevant documentation is
being diligently maintained
in the Supreme Law Library
on the Internet here:
Speaking for myself, I was personally
damaged when a U.S. federal judge
failed to rule on the following
proper MOTION, duly filed and served
in November 2014 at the U.S.
District Court, Western District of Missouri:
See also this relevant Executive
Order, incorporated into the latter MOTION:
Related consequential damages
are fully documented here
(5 x pending Federal Tort Claims
also being OBSTRUCTED):
Please accept this email message
and all electronic documents
linked above as our FORMAL
THIRD-PARTY SUBMISSION
to the United Nations Human
Rights Committee, as authorized
by the International Covenant on
Civil and Political Rights at
