FORMAL NOTICE is hereby provided to you that at 09:00

on Monday, June 1, 1998, or as soon thereafter as the

matter can be heard, Plaintiff Paul Andrew Mitchell

will petition this honorable Court for the relief 

requested in His VERIFIED COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY

AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, a copy of which is delivered

to you with this PRIVATE SUMMONS AND NOTICE OF HEARING.

     Please also take note that the Plaintiff is

requesting leave to proceed In Forma Pauperis, and

is requesting a waiver of all court fees, including,
 
but not limited to the fee required for formal service
 
by Hays county Constables of all documents, including 

but not limited to the official SUMMONS issued by the 

Clerk of Court.  Said official SUMMONS should be

forthcoming shortly.
