SUBJECT: benefits of monetizing outstanding and unpaid INVOICES
Greetings Attorney General McKenna:
This is a short Notice to provide your good offices with information clarifying our intent to monetize all, or significant portions, of the attached INVOICEs, which presently remain outstanding and unpaid.
Also attached, for your information, is a copy of our REQUEST FOR S.E.C. PROFESSIONAL OPINION, addressed to two (2) current officials of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. That REQUEST further elaborates our specific intent in the matter of these outstanding and unpaid INVOICEs.
If you prefer that we communicate henceforth with the Seattle Office of your Consumer Protection Division, we are already in contact with Ms. Sandra Hatcher, Program Specialist 2 in that office. Please allow me to take this opportunity to confirm that Ms. Hatcher has been very helpful on all prior occasions for contact with her re: AGO Complaint #359316.
On the merits, we expect that monetizing all or significant portions of
these outstanding and unpaid INVOICEs will provide timely tangible benefits,
including but not limited to substantial opportunities for job development
within Washington State e.g. SeaTac
metro area.
Thank you, once again, Attorney General McKenna. Please know that I remain committed to answer promptly any questions which you or your staff may still have concerning these outstanding and unpaid INVOICEs.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
