COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona
 
state, expressly not a citizen of the United States, and
 
Plaintiff in the above entitled matter (hereinafter "Plaintiff"),
 
to provide formal Notice to all interested party(s), and to
 
demand mandatory judicial notice by this honorable Court,
 
pursuant to Rule 201(d) of the Arizona Rules of Evidence, of
 
Plaintiff's intention, expressed hereby, to petition this
 
honorable Court for leave to amend the original complaint in the
 
instant case. Plaintiff hereby submits that the purpose for
 
amending said complaint is to name and join one or more
 
additional defendants who are associated with, and/or who are
 
accessories to, the currently named Defendants, in one way or
 
another, and which association has also damaged Plaintiff for
 
reasons which will be made apparent as this litigation proceeds.
