COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona
state and Plaintiff in the above entitled matter (hereinafter
"Plaintiff"), to provide this honorable Court and all interested
parties with Plaintiff's list of required witnesses, to apply for
subpoenas to each named witness, and to declare each named
witness to be a hostile witness of whom leading questions can be
