CERTIFICATE OF ADMISSION

 

There is a $48 .00 charge for a customized certificate, 11"x 14"

on cream parchment, suitable for framing.  It includes the gold

Supreme Court seal and the attorney's name and date of admission

are lithographically impressed to match the certificate text.

If you decide to order a customized certificate, you must initial the

appropriate box on the back of the membership enrollment card.

 

Do not submit payment now. The $48 charge for this certificate

will be included on your regular fee statement.

 

A standard, 8½ " x 1 2" certificate printed on card stock with

typewritten name and date of admission is also available, at no

cost, by initialing the appropriate box on the back of the membership

enrollment card.  The name under which you are admitted is

the name that will appear on the Admission Certificate.

 

All Admission Certificates will be mailed to new attorneys who

order them.  Please allow two to three months for delivery.  Any

questions concerning the certificate of admission should be

UNTIL YOU HAVE TAKEN THE OATH NOR WILL YOU BE

ENROLLED AS AN ATTORNEY UNTIL YOUR COMPLETED

MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT CARD IS RECEIVED.
