Greetings Chief Executive Officers:

 

The United States (Federal government) ex rel. Paul Andrew Mitchell, Private Attorney General, hereby invoices all staff and all registered “members” of The State Bar of California, past and present, for a minimum of seven hundred fifty billion United States dollars ($750. BILLION) plus the automatic triple damage multiplier expressly authorized by the Federal statute at 18 U.S.C. 1964(c) (Civil RICO), as follows:

Interest on Item 11 above shall begin accruing on August 1, 2015 A.D. at the maximum rate allowable under all applicable Federal statutes.

 

Interest on Item 10 above shall begin accruing on August 1, 2015 A.D. at the rate of seven percent (7%) simple interest per annum (no compounding), or at the maximum rate allowable under California State usury laws, whichever is greater.

 

FORMAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT IN FULL

 

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1964 as upheld by the standing court decisions in Agency Holding Corp. v. Malley-Duff & Associates, 107 S.Ct. 2759, 483 U.S. 143, 151 (1987), Rotella v. Wood et al., 528 U.S. 549 (2000), and Dasher v. Housing Authority of City of Atlanta, Ga., D.C.Ga., 64 F.R.D. 720, 722, the United States ex rel. Paul Andrew Mitchell hereby demands of The State Bar of California and all “members”, both past and present, immediate payment in full of Items 10 and 11 supra in lawful United States Dollars (“USD”).
