COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona
state, Federal Witness, Counselor at Law, expressly not a citizen
of the United States ("federal citizen"), Candidate for the
United States House of Representatives (hereinafter "Applicant"),
and Vice President for Legal Affairs of New Life Health Center
Company, an unincorporated business trust domiciled in Arizona
("New Life"), to provide formal Notice to all interested parties,
and to demand mandatory judicial notice by this honorable Court,
pursuant to Rule 201(d) of the Arizona Rules of Evidence, of
this, Applicant's VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FOR VIOLATIONS OF
THE FEDERAL CRIMINAL CODE, specifically for violations of Title
18, United States Code, sections 3, 241, 242, and 1702.

Applicant formally charges the following named individual,
with the corresponding crimes enumerated infra.
Applicant hereby formally charges:
Mr. William H. Tinney with:
(1) being an accessory after the fact to obstruction of written
correspondence transmitted via Certified United States Mail,
in violation of 18 U.S.C. 3 and 1702 (one count);
(2) deprivation of Applicant's fundamental Right to due process
of law in courts of competent jurisdiction with qualified
judges presiding, in violation of 4 U.S.C. 101 and 18 U.S.C.
242 (two (2) counts);
(3) conspiracy to deprive Applicant's fundamental Right to due
process of law in courts of competent jurisdiction with
qualified judges presiding, in violation of 4 U.S.C. 101 and
18 U.S.C. 241 (two (2) counts).
INCORPORATION OF AFFIDAVIT
Applicant hereby incorporates by reference the pleading
entitled APPLICANT'S AFFIDAVIT OF DEFAULT AND OF PROBABLE CAUSE,
as if the same were set forth fully herein.
