Greetings Mr. President:
The focus of our recent COMPLAINT OF MISSING AND DEFECTIVE CREDENTIALS, dated February 8, 2017, was certain personnel working at the U.S. Marshals Service in Washington, D.C.
Attached please find supplemental documentation of certain personnel recently working at the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and at its Office of Chief Counsel, also in Washington, D.C.:
The larger document set that is enclosed includes copies of our TRANSMITTAL of two (2) Mail Fraud Reports -- one against the IRS and one against the USMS -- and two (2) SUPPLEMENTS to that TRANSMITTAL. The latter SUPPLEMENTS were necessitated by the very long delays that occurred before we received proper answers to our FOIA Requests.
The smaller document set that is also enclosed includes copies of email records and related Press Releases published by the organization Judicial Watch, summarizing the “Lois Lerner Scandal,” as it has come to be known.
At this time, it appears to us that the focus of Judicial Watch investigations and litigation has been the organizations that were the targets of that Scandal.
To our knowledge, Judicial Watch has not expanded the scope of their litigation or investigations to include any individuals, like myself, who were also targets of that Lois Lerner Scandal.
