The attached FERPA request is now PAST DUE and IN DEFAULT.

Where are the documents which I shipped to the UW Faculty Senate?

 

What are your intentions now concerning my ongoing complaints against UW, please?

Do you acknowledge receipt of my CONFIDENTIAL letter dated January 17, 2014 A.D.?

Although we did ship the latter in bulk, we have now received and archived

Delivery Confirmation by the U.S. Postal Service last Saturday, January 18, 2014 A.D.

Greetings Professor Lee:

 

This is a lawful and proper Request, submitted pursuant to the Federal and Washington State authorities cited above, for the following education records concerning Me:

 

(1)     any and all records previously received by the Faculty Senate of the University of Washington, Seattle, concerning the Undersigned and the complaints of discrimination which the Undersigned has lodged to date with various UW faculty and administrative officers and staff.

 

The authorities and policies cited above require you to respond to this lawful Request within forty-five (45) days, to wit:

 

FERPA also affords students certain rights with respect to their education records.  These rights include:

1.                   The right to inspect and review the student's education records within 45 days of the day the University receives a request for access.  [emphasis added]

 

 

NOTICE OF RESERVATION

 

The Undersigned also expressly reserves His right to request an amendment to His education records, as follows:

2.                   The right to request the amendment of the student's education records that the student believes are inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise in violation of the student's privacy rights under FERPA.  [emphasis added]
