Greetings Sheriff White:

Our clients in USA v. Williamson et al. have requested that my office commence to mail directly to you documentary evidence of a conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activities by certain federal government personnel, being perpetrated against the Williamson estate.

We are working diligently to upload the latest documents to the Internet, in order to expedite access to all pleadings that are being filed and served in the Appellants’ appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado.

The enclosed INFORMAL INTERROGATORIES are an excellent place to begin, because there has already been evidence of attempted obstruction of that correspondence. We have seen the same pattern in other federal courts, but this pattern of widespread violations of 28 U.S.C. 1691 continues to give us great cause for alarm because of the obvious criminal implications.

The probable federal offenses which we are currently investigating, and documenting on behalf of our clients -- for filing presently at the Tenth Circuit -- include but are not limited to: impersonating federal officers in violation of 18 U.S.C. 912, falsifying court records in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1001, mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1341, and racketeering in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1961 et seq.

We realize that it is common for most State and local law enforcement agencies to relegate such offenses to federal jurisdiction; however, the U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled that State courts also have original jurisdiction of Civil RICO actions. See Tafflin v. Levitt.

Because mail fraud is defined by Congress as a RICO “predicate act,” your office necessarily has original jurisdiction of the racketeering activities being perpetrated against the Williamson estate by the suspects in question. We have also enclosed a brief summary of key points concerning Civil RICO, to elaborate your jurisdiction.

Thank you very much, Sheriff White, for your attention to this matter, which is expected to escalate significantly in the coming weeks, if past experience with this racket is any indication of the future.
