Subject:  Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) Request, 5 U.S.C. 552

 

 

Greetings Disclosure Officer:

 

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.  I request that a copy of the following documents be provided to Me, without delay:

 

1.   proper SENATE CONFIRMATION for Mr. Gorden E. Eden, Jr., currently claiming to occupy the office of United States Marshal in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as required by the federal statute at 28 U.S.C. 561(c) and by the Appointments Clause in the Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully amended;

 

2.   proper PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION signed by the President of the United States of America and countersigned by the U.S. Attorney General for Mr. Gorden E. Eden, Jr., currently claiming to occupy the office of United States Marshal in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as required by 28 U.S.C. 561(c);

 

3.   proper OPM Form 61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVIT for Mr. Gorden E. Eden, Jr., currently claiming to occupy the office of United States Marshal in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 3331 and 2906;

 

4.   proper OATH OF OFFICE for Mr. Gorden E. Eden, Jr., currently claiming to occupy the office of United States Marshal in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as required by the federal statute at 28 U.S.C. 563;

 

5.   proper OPM Form 61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVIT for Mr. Kent Halverson, currently claiming to occupy the office of Deputy United States Marshal in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 3331 and 2906;

 

6.   proper OATH OF OFFICE for Mr. Kent Halverson, currently claiming to occupy the office of Deputy United States Marshal in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as required by the federal statute at 28 U.S.C. 563;

 

7.   proper OPM Form 61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS for all twelve (12) Deputy United States Marshals who participated in the alleged eviction of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Williamson et al. from their private property on March 14, 2007 A.D., as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 3331 and 2906;  and,

 

8.   proper OATHS OF OFFICE for all twelve (12) Deputy United States Marshals who participated in the alleged eviction of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Williamson et al. from their private property on March 14, 2007 A.D., as required by the federal statute at 28 U.S.C. 563.

 

 

Attached please find a photocopy of the PROCESS RECEIPT AND RETURN of the United States Marshals Service, issued by Waymond G. DuBose, Jr. on 2/7/07 and signed by Mr. Kent Halverson on 3/14/07 at 12:30 p.m. i.e. “12 DUSMS for 4 hrs  =  2160;  4 USMS vehicles”.

 

I request a waiver of all fees for this request.

 

Disclosure of the requested information to Me is in the public interest, because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of the federal government, and is not primarily in My commercial interest.
