With respect to the FOIA requests identified above (your numbers 7290 and 7301), please be advised that there also appears to be an error in your letter to Me, dated September 12, 2000:

I have not requested Appointment Affidavits or Oaths of Office for a George S. Gordon [sic].

Moreover, My original FOIA requests (see copies attached), specifically requested a certified copy of all provisions in the Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully amended to date.

In your letters to Me dated September 12, 2000, and September 15, 2000, you correctly acknowledge that I have requested all provisions in the Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully amended. However, those same letters do not acknowledge that I have requested a certified copy of said provisions (see original FOIA requests attached).

Please produce, without further delay, certified copies of all documents requested in My original FOIA requests (see attached).
